1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

• "43winph," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the 43winph platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://43winph.vip.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 43winph platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the 43winph platform.
• "Services" — all gaming products, payment processing, support services, promotional activities, and related functionality offered through 43winph.
• "Funds" — any currency (Philippine Peso, USDT, BTC, or other accepted currency) deposited by a Player into their 43winph account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player's account by 43winph.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the 43winph platform, or using any of the Services offered herein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the 43winph platform immediately and refrain from creating or using any Account.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 43winph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 43winph or any affiliated game provider.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 43winph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 43winph reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts where inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 43winph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

43winph may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5. Deposits and Payments

43winph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC.

• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or the equivalent in cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• 43winph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independently.
• Only funds originating from payment methods registered under your verified identity may be used to deposit into your 43winph Account.
• 43winph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable laws.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of Bonus Funds.
• 43winph may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification where required.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30 minutes.
• 43winph reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts and may delay such requests pending satisfactory verification.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 43winph are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified per promotion.
• 43winph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bonus funds without genuine gaming intent, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 43winph may set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from Bonus Funds, as specified in individual promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 43winph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with legitimate manual play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using 43winph for any purpose related to illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 43winph staff, support agents, or other players.

43winph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 43winph platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video materials — is the property of 43winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or commercially exploit any content from 43winph without prior written consent from 43winph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 43winph provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 43winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• 43winph shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• In no event shall 43winph's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 43winph shall first be referred to 43winph's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

43winph operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming operations.

12. Amendments to Terms

43winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 43winph platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, 43winph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.
